About The Bride Idea
The Bride Idea is owned by sisters Heather and Amy. The business started while Heather was attending college, and worked at a local bridal shop. After Heather received her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Kutztown University, she started designing invitations for brides while still working in the bridal industry. The invitations were custom designed using the bride's idea along with Heather's design skills, and along came the name, "The Bride Idea". Amy has earned her bachelor's degree from Temple University, and has a strong background in fashion design.
The Bride Idea started in 2001. Together, Amy and Heather work hard to create one-of-a-kind invitations for all occasions on thebrideidea.com!
